HVAF’s Street Outreach Coordinator goes directly into the community to connect with veterans living in shelters, encampments, vehicles, and other unstable situations. By building trust and meeting veterans where they are, our team helps connect them to housing, healthcare, benefits, food, clothing, transportation, and other critical resources.
Sometimes the first step toward stability is simply knowing someone is willing to show up.
