Case Manager

HVAF is now hiring for a Case Manager! As a Case Manager on our Operations team, you will work directly with veterans and their families to help them find and maintain safe, stable housing. You will manage a caseload, connect clients with the resources they need, and collaborate with a dedicated team of colleagues and community partners to remove the barriers standing between veterans and a stable home. This is a Monday–Friday, full-time position with participation in an on-call rotation. Click to apply today!
